Our Values

Teamwork
Our team has been working together on the topic of racism. In multiple forms such as "blogs, podcasts, questionnaires, interviews"

Diversity
Our group consist of people from all over the world from Latvia to Nigeria, so we are very multicultural. So with that being said, we have been able to share our different viewpoints, for example we have a video titled "Things not to say to Chinese people"

We come from different countries and have been raised in environments, however we respect everyone and treat everyone fairly.

Growth
Growth for us means continuous learning and adaptation. We aim to expand our reach and deepen our impact.
For example our podcasts has reached countries such as America and Romania! We are proud that people acrioss the world can learn from our reseach.
