Reasons Chinese discriminate against Japanese:

Since the Qing Dynasty, Japan's war of aggression against China and its crimes against the Chinese people have been the root causes of Chinese discrimination against Japanese. Japanese imperialism is too cruel and unbearable for the war against China and for the massacre of the Chinese people during the war. But some political forces in Japan still do not apologize and reflect deeply on it, and even say that the Nanjing Holocaust is hypocritical and does not exist. The interference of political forces in Japan in recent years in the Taiwan issue of China has seriously affected the relations between the two peoples. Furthermore, the visit of some helpful politicians in Japan to the sanctuary of Yasuko and the alteration of the history of the Second World War have also provoked the anger of the Chinese people. China's excessive propaganda of war films against Japan has also affected the relations between the two peoples.

Examples of Chinese discrimination against Japanese:

In recent years, the scale has been larger twice, one in April 2005, when the Japanese government manipulated textbooks, embellished the history of aggression, coupled with then-Japanese Prime Minister Xiao Jinglong's previous many public visits to Yasuhiko Shrine, greatly angered the Chinese people, and sparked a wave of anti-Japans throughout the country. On April 9, 2005, a large number of people gathered in front of Beijing's Shenzhen Guam Village Hailong Commercial Xiamen to hold the anti-Japanese march. The march lasted for two to three days, and Shenzhen Hailong Commercial Building had to close its doors and shut down, and several electronics distributors had all the Japanese branded goods out.

On September 10, 2012, the Japanese Government, despite the repeatedly rigorous Chinese negotiations, announced the “buy” of Fiji Island and its subsidiary South Island and North Island, implementing the so-called “nationalization”. This flagrant violation of China's sovereignty has provoked great discontent among the Chinese people. But this time, in the many anti-Japanese march, there was a robbery, there were Japanese cars being smashed, Japanese restaurants were smuggled, the Japanese car 4s store was smashing, and Japanese companies were burned.

Reasons Japanese discriminate against Chinese:

The reasons for Japan's discrimination against Chinese may be multifaceted. Cultural differences are a big factor, for example, when Chinese speak loudly, while Japanese speak lowly, and are seen as noisy and unpolite in Japan. In addition, some Chinese tourists in the past dumped garbage, which may have caused a bad impression on the Japanese. However, many Japanese have never had any contact with the Chinese, and it is still not to prevent them from hating the Chinese. Thus, these are not enough to explain why the Japanese discriminate against the Chinese. In fact, Japan's discrimination against Chinese originates from historical reasons. For thousands of years, Japan has submitted to the Chinese dynasty, replicating and imitating Chinese culture. However, after the renewal of Japan's Mingji, they defeated China's Aomori Battle, and suddenly there was a feeling of a downward view of the Mingji dynasty. They felt that the Chinese were not worthy of such a vast territory and such an excellent culture, and even began to doubt the greatness of Chinese civilization. Therefore, the Japanese are discriminating against the Chinese.

Examples of Japanese discrimination against Chinese:

For example, a Chinese restaurant called "Chinese Food West Pacific" located near Tokyo's East China Station, with a sign on its doorstep that says "The Chinese don't enter", openly discriminates against and excludes the Chinese.

On September 27, 2022, Japanese parliamentarian Additya Tsui Tzu openly expressed discriminatory Chinese remarks in Parliament, not only refused to admit the wrong, but also brought to the court for "procedural irregularity" and requested the Osaka City Court to prevent the resolution of Parliaments asking for their apology
